The Myriam•K Loyalty Program is designed to allow members to accumulate points on their purchases and benefit from exclusive rewards, such as discounts and special offers, under the conditions outlined below.

Enrollment in the Myriam•K Loyalty Program is free and open to any individual over the age of 18 residing in countries where Myriam•K Paris® delivers. To join, simply create an account on www.myriamkparis.com and provide the required information, such as your name, first name, and email address. Members will receive 50 points upon creating their account.

Members accumulate points with every purchase on www.myriamkparis.com, at the rate of 1 point for every €1 spent. Additionally, points can be earned through the following actions:

• Signing up for the loyalty program: 50 points awarded.
• Subscribing to the newsletter: 50 points awarded.

Each point is equivalent to €0.10. Points can be redeemed during checkout for discounts on non-discounted products. Points cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or promo codes and cannot be used on already discounted items.

Points are valid for 6 months from the date of the last transaction or activity on the loyalty account. If no activity is recorded for 6 months, the points balance will automatically reset to zero.

The Myriam•K Loyalty Program offers three levels based on annual spending:

• #MYRIAMKFAN: Upon signing up, members earn 1 point per €1 spent, receive 10% off on their birthday, and enjoy access to exclusive offers.
• #MYRIAMKLOYAL: After €200 spent per year, members reach the MyriamK Loyal tier and receive 60 bonus points. They are also entitled to 15% off on their birthday.
• #MYRIAMKADDICT: After €500 spent per year, members reach the MyriamK Addict tier and receive 100 bonus points, a free 5-Step Kit, and 20% off on their birthday.

Members of the loyalty program have the opportunity to refer their friends and family. The referrer offers €5 off to their referred friend on their first order of a minimum of €50. Once the transaction is completed by the referred friend, the referrer receives 50 points on their customer account.

Points can be redeemed only on non-discounted products. Products that are already discounted cannot receive any additional reductions through point redemption. Furthermore, points cannot be combined with a promo code. At checkout, accumulated points cannot be used on items that are on sale or part of other promotions.

Points are valid for 6 months after the last qualifying purchase or activity on the member's account. After this period, points will expire, and the account will reset to zero if no further purchases or actions are made.

Points earned on purchases that are subsequently returned or refunded will be deducted from the member's loyalty account.

Concerned about the protection of your personal data, Myriam•K Paris® appointed a Data Protection Officer (referred to as "DPO") with the CNIL on 11/24/2018.

The personal data you provide to us through the forms available on this website (such as a contact request, newsletter subscription, etc.) is processed by Myriam•K Paris®, in its capacity as the data controller, for internal management purposes and to respond to your request.
