The Buyer has a reflection period of fourteen (14) days running, from the day of actual receipt of the order, to return the Product(s) ordered, without having to justify reasons. nor to pay penalties.

The Buyer then has a period of fourteen (14) days to return the complete product(s), unused, in its (their) original packaging intact and as far as possible,
accompanied by its (their) original packaging as well as the return slip, and a copy of the invoice. If the products are not returned within fourteen (14) days from the day of actual receipt of the order, the order is deemed final and no refund can be given.

Cancel your order
- You wish to cancel your order: Our warehouse prepares orders in the morning from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service by clicking here . If the order has not yet been prepared, we may cancel it.
Otherwise, if your order has already been prepared, we will not be able to cancel it but you will always be able to refuse the package on delivery directly to the Carrier and we will reimburse you upon return of the package.

Occasionally, orders or parts of orders may be canceled by our system for various reasons: Item(s) is (are) no longer available for sale; Difficulties were encountered in the payment process; The package cannot be sent to the given address;
The order was placed twice.

All return and refund requests must be sent back at your expense within a maximum of fourteen (14) days after the delivery date. The product must be returned to us, without exception, in its original packaging, accompanied by the delivery note and the return form. If your entire order is returned in accordance with the conditions stated above, we will refund the full amount of your initial order. Otherwise, if you do not return all the products from your order, we will refund the amount of the returned product, excluding the initial shipping costs. If you have received a promotional gift, please include it with your return. Your account will be credited as soon as we receive your return. An email will be sent to confirm the receipt of your package and the progress of your refund. For any exchange requests, simply return the product as previously indicated and place a new order on the E-boutique. Please note that only products purchased on the online store www.myriamkparis.com are eligible for returns. If your package has been damaged during transit, you must make complete and precise reservations on the delivery note at the time of receipt. The claim should be made against the carrier. (In accordance with Article L. 133-3 of the French Commercial Code, any reservation must be confirmed by registered letter to the carrier within three (3) days following the receipt.) Then, set aside the package and the merchandise(s) and notify our Customer Service as soon as possible by sending one or more photos by email. Don't forget to include your order number and contact information in the email.
